estamentos.<\/li><li>Trabajo en equipo y colaborativo en la planeaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n, control y seguimiento de metas.<\/li><li>Socializaci\u00f3n de experiencias significativas en las diferentes gestiones.<\/li><li>Auto-capacitaci\u00f3n continua y compartir permanente.<\/li><li>Participaci\u00f3n de la familia en programa de Escuela Familiar.<\/li><li>Verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de metas por el equipo de gesti\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Retroalimentaci\u00f3n trimestral de cada gesti\u00f3n institucional.<\/li><li>Desarrollar competencias lecto-escritoras en las estudiantes.<\/li><li>Potenciar el desarrollo de competencias sociales y ciudadanas.<\/li><li>Potenciar la auto-investigaci\u00f3n en todos los procesos de gesti\u00f3n institucional.<\/li><li>Contribuir al cuidado y preservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente.<\/li><li>Desarrollar competencias
